What will your first words to the natives be?
A Whole New World-Nations Roleplay (1492-2016) (Accepting Players)
After centuries of the Dark Ages in Europe an Italian named Christopher Columbus has found a new world as the Portuguese round the tip of Africa to get to the riches of Asia. Now the Europeans will find success but only after their struggle with the natives of the new lands. There are a few rules before we can play
1. You need casus belli to go to war
2. No FRP
3. One actual day is is 1 year in the roleplay
4. Battles will be fought with dice rolls
5. It takes 3 years to create a core province
6. All nations with a coast start with 10 ships and can build 10 ships per day
7. You can only increase your army by 50% every day
8. Only Europeans Can Send Colonist
9. You Can Only Claim Unclaimed Land With Colonist

Local Polytheism: Aztec, Sioux, Inuit, Inca, Iroquois, Kongo,

Battles

Battles will be a 50/50 chance with the attacker being one and the defender being two. After the battle is over a 100 sided die will be rolled to see what percent of the losing army died. It will be rolled a second time to see what percent of the losing army becomes prisoners of war. It will take one day in real life for your army to reach the country you are at war with if you do not border it.

Sieges
{------}{========}{++++++}{========}{------}
To annex another nation or force your opponent to surrender you must besiege their capital. In order to put the capital under siege you must defeat your enemy`s army three times in a row. If your enemy`s army is completely destroyed then you army will take the capitol without a siege. Attempting to storm the walls will be a 50/50 chance. If you fail or succeed to take the walls a 100 sided die will be rolled to see how many of your men died. If you successfully storm the walls you will continue to the battle where a three sided die will be rolled to see who wins with a one giving the attacker victory, a two giving a draw and a three giving the defender victory and ending the siege. The normal battle rules will be used if the defender attempts to break the siege. If your enemy annexed another country you will have to put another city under siege for every country that they took over. The attacker will win after five years of the siege if he has a larger army. The defender will win after five years of the siege if they have a larger army.

Succession

When a ruler dies a 10 sided die will be rolled to see if there will be another heir a one will leave you without a heir and when your ruler dies a 10 sided die will be rolled to see if there will be a succession crisis a one will start a succession crisis (democracies cannot have succession crises) and the other side will be put under AI control. Having a royal marriage will prevent this and will create a dynastic union where your country can only join wars that have been started by the country controlling you and you cannot create new alliances.

Revolutions

It will take three years to create a core in land that you took from another country. During that time a 10 sided die will be rolled to see if a revolution will take place with a one causing a revolution. If you do not defeat the revolution within three years the revolting area will defect to the country that it used to belong to.

Every turn a ten sided die will be rolled with a 1 to 10 chance to see if your ruler will die. A ruler will automatically die after twenty five years.

Colonization

Only European countries and westernized countries can colonize. All European countries start with 5 colonist and every year you will get another one colonist. Each colonist is worth 100 people and you need 1,000 people in a colony for it too become a province. You can only have a maximum of 5 colonist and 10 colonies.

Holy Roman Empire

The Holy Roman Empire is the strongest country in Europe but it cannot start wars and can only join defensive wars.

Westernization
{------}{========}{++++++}{========}{------}
All countries in Europe (excluding Islamic and Russian countries) are westernized and can get colonist and have guns which give them a 3 in 4 chance of defeating countries without guns. In order to become westernized you must border a European country or any westernized country for at least 10 years (10 days in real life).

Also if ther is no effect to being just a kingdom will everyone pick a empire to have the two extra colonistist also what army do all the nations start out with and is there anyway to reform the holy roman empire.

I fixed the rules now you can only become an empire by creating 15 colonies. Spain will have 24,000 men, England will have 17,000 men, Norway will have 13,000 and Naples will have 8,000 men.

Only a kingdom can become an empire. All European countries except Genoa and Venice are kingdoms.

Thank you for the map I couldn`t find one like that and I had to try to remember the nations from Europa Universalis but I will keep some of the mistakes to fill in Asia also you will get 18,000 men in your army
