The Mongolian Empire is the largest in terms of landmass in human history. [1] It killed nearly 40 million people in it's expansion. [2]  The Empire was led by Genghis Khan and his goal was to establish a civil state where all individuals were in equal in the law. Even the then discriminated against Chinese and women. [3] However he failed to do this and the authenticity of the claims by Modern Mongolia that he even intended to attempt this is often disputed by Western Scholars. (Refer to [3]) It is possibly true that he didn't tax certain individuals that even today are commonly taxed in western nations. Such as religious figures and specific teachers, doctors, and struggling poor families. However the only evidence of this I could find is a Wikipedia article that has a source but no link or a primary source. Yet a certain reddit user saw this and declared on r/TodayILearned that Genghis Khan was in fact a man who wouldn't tax clergy or the poor despite this not being documented anywhere. This begins the problem of misinformation about the empire. Many of the death counts have little to no primary sources. I want to begin a thread dedicated to finding hard facts and evidence about the Mongolian Empire. Please share any information you have regarding the numerous controversial topics surrounding the Empire. Thanks.

I am not entirely sure what you are getting at, is this a question? You should format your post a little better to make it easier to read and understand.

I know one piece of it i guess, its a piece thats rarely ever talked about, the mongol invasions of vietnam. It occured 3 times and each being a failure with the final invasion ending in complete diaster leading a single large mongol/yuan army, and their invasion fleet to complete destruction. its pretty interesting actually check it out
