The anime is based on countries in history. The characters have corresponding traits, and Prussia is one of the main characters.

I didn't watch the show, but I read up on the premise and determined I would be best served by avoiding it. I was not wrong. Lol

Because Prussia is his name. He's the personified version of Prussia.

I've actually seen the first couple seasons, but haven't kept up with the show since I was in middle school. It's actually kinda good, but not the best thing ever either. The stereotypical anime tropes kinda ruin it for me. I'm not really an anime guy :p
