Lundonium builds 5 Fighting ships, 7 Transport Ships that only have the offense and defense of the units within them.

Baltic State adopts (Nation Specific) National Idea Reichkolonialbund (+200% forcelimits, moves towards decentralized) and builds 10 triemes and 7 cavalry.
