The reconquista is the most interesting for me.

It's a shame that that video did not include the roman conquest in more detail.

Córdoba, the capital of the Emirate of Córdoba, was the largest city in Europe in the year 1000

Muslims did lots of great monuments here in Spain, most of them are destroyed now. Seville's mosque was the bigger in the peninsula and when the city was captured, christians destroyed it to build one of the biggest cathedrals of the world, but smaller than the old mosque.
They also brought a lot of things to Europe, like oranges or lemons, and a lot of medicine.
