What if 1% of muslims were terrorists (Part of the Islamic state)

I've heard someone say that 99% of Muslims are not terrorists. What if that were true? What if 1% of Muslims of were terrorists?

Well, Even though it's only 1%, It's still 1% of 1.8 billion. That would put the Islamic state army at 18 Million jihadists (About as many as the German Wehrmacht in WW2)

What do you think? Would the west be able to beat back the jihadists? Tell me.
