I absolutely love the Gnossiennes by Erik Satie, and I highly recommend listening to any one of them. Literally.
The Gnossiennes are a group of piano pieces composed by Erik Satie that were set apart by the fact that they were largely in free time (lacking time measures or bar divisions), and highly experimental in chord structure and form.
And to top it all off, they sound absolutely lovely. That doesn't hurt either.
