A list of things that Hitler could've done to win WW2

So I had the idea to make a grand list of things that Hitler (and his allies) could've done to win World War 2.
I'll start off the list with these three things:
Japan shouldn't have attacked the US.
Hitler should've not started the battle of Britain.  
Hitler should've not helped the Italians in Africa.

Hitler should have armed the Ukrainians
Hitler should have waited with the war
Hitler should have pulled Franco into the war by simply forgetting the debt the Spanish had
Hitler should have allowed retreats to trap the Soviets (This worked actually, I forgot when exactly but Mannstein acted against Hitlers will and set a trap for the soviets, which they fell into. The "no retreat" policy of the Soviets could have easily been used in their favor)
Hitler should have informed Italy about Operation Barbarossa, so that Italian troops could have been used in the southern part of the front earlier. The souther part of the front lagged behind during Barbarossa, which is why Hitler had to tell his troops to move south, instead of going for Moscow.
Mussolini should never have invaded Greece, occupying the Balkan was very costly for the Axis

He shouldn't have blamed the Jews for everything,
He should have attacked England without air superiority,
He shouldn't have worried about the Balkan States for the time being and pressed on to Russia,
He shouldn't have declared war on the United States,
And when Japan attacked Pearl Harbor he should have broken all diplomatic relations with Japan,
He shouldn't have meddled with his generals,
Basically there's a million and one things Hitler's shouldn't have done, but thank goodness he made so many mistakes or Germany would have had a Fighting Chance.

He shouldn't have done the holocaust.
He should have told Japan to invade from the other side of Russia.
He shouldn't have went through with the plan operation Barbarossa.
He shouldnt have even went to war with russia.
He could have given his troops winter supplies.
He shouldn't have postponed operation barbarrosa.
He shouldn't have wasted his time doing other things like looking for the holy grail.
He should have looked for alliances with more countries.
Italy could have actually fucking helped.(lol)
He should have had more communication with Japan and Italy.
He should have put in more effort to the "Atlantic wall" plan, which would have effictavely stopped D-Day.
Hitler could have hired more elite generals instead of hiring the generals who favored nazism/fascism the most

Hitler should have pushed on Dunkirk instantly
Hitler should not have been a drug addict who mopped around all the time and slept till noon.
Hitler should have let the high command do it's thing.
Hitler should have researched nukes instead of flying bombs and death rays
Hitler should have not ordered the push on Stalingrad
Hitler should have invested more in North Africa.

I never really thought about it that way, thanks for the videos.

Hitler should have waited for more favorable diplomatic conditions with Britain before he invaded Poland.
He should have left Scandinavia alone since it didn't actually provide him with much in the way of naval superiority against the UK.
He should have sent his tanks in to decimate the retreating forces at Dunkirk.
He should have invaded the USSR earlier in order to beat the onset of winter.
Mussolini should never have dragged him into the Balkans.
He should have devoted more resources to creating a more competent, well-trained, and well-equipped Luftwaffe from early on in his rearmament program so he could win the Battle of Britain.
He shouldn't have invested so much of his resources in his frivolous technological pursuits.
He should not have devoted much of his resources and personnel to executing the Final Solution.
He should have treated the Jews better; many of Germany's best scientists were Jews who ended up having to leave (and fell into the hands of the Americans).
Mussolini should never have dragged him into North Africa.
In general, Italy should never have entered the war in the first place.
Hitler should have listened to his Generals and not compromised the war effort for the sake of his ego and sense of accomplishment.
It would also help if Hitler wasn't a stupid, drug-addicted lunatic with zero capacity for strategic thought.
