Early Swedish and Norwegian history

Hi everyone. I'm doing a video on the history of Nordic peoples and need sources on early Swedish, Norwegian, and possibly Danish city states. I could find absolutely no info on Wikipedia about anything, even on the more famous states like Ostrogothia. If anyone could link a record of the locations of Viking raids, it would be really appreciated as well.

Yeah, I really wish he had given his sources in the description, I would love to know more about these countries aside from their locations and lifespans.
