That sums it up nicely.
I've always thought a Russian Empire based on Kiev, that included Poland and the Baltic States, would have been unstoppable if they managed to unite "all the Russians" meaning basically Moscow/Novgorod.
I wonder though... Would they have been more vulnerable to Napoleon? I guess it wouldn't matter much, Napoleon took Moscow, after all.
