Normandy accepts friendly relations with Bretonnia. They tell Bretonnia that Lundinium is still a nation, but it's in a personal union with Normandy. Who ever's ruler dies is annexed by the other.

Bretonnia's expansion south yields land from a southern tribe, including the coast.
